PTSGI's core service is translation. Our dedicated team consists of outstanding and experienced project managers, engineers, technical writers, and professional translators, enabling PTSGI to undertake work covering a wide variety of fields. Our project managers analyze your requirements and propose a comprehensive solution to meet your needs in multi-language translation, website and software localization, professional typesetting, technical writing, and simultaneous interpretation.

Currently, PTSGI has approximately 300 employees working jointly with 60 in-house translators as well as 270 exclusively contracted translators and an additional 3000 freelance translators globally, providing strong lineups with solid backgrounds in information, financial, medical, legal, technological, and commercial fields.

Responsible and experienced chief translators lead the way for the translation team to manage work flows and ensure best quality of documents.

We have also developed the state of the art GTAIS CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system by which all customer feedback is responded to by high-level managers, in person, to get the information across.
