Equipped with the latest office automation equipment, including 22 Dell/HP global servers, 400 PC/MAC-based computers, 33 high-speed HP printers as well as licensed computer-assisted document systems and DTP software, PTSGI is able to provide fast, efficient, and accurate translation service.

Leased IP lines between our headquarters and branch offices comprise 13 real-time internet links. VOIP, video conferencing devices, and dozens of fax machines combine to provide prompt and convenient service.

One of our most recent innovations is the expansion of our computer data processing systems and development of a patented operation system, GTAIS, to offer fast, international services for global clients through the Internet. We have also adopted several world-famous translation and DTP programs including TRADOS, XML, RoboHelp, Catalyst, FrameMaker, PageMaker, InDesign, and Quark Express to ensure the quality of all translated documents.
